What You'll Do.
Identify and capitalize on business opportunities
Manage client relationships
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business
and negotiate contracts
Collaborate with internal stakeholders
Forecast KPIs and track progress against goals
Report on business development activities
and Solutions performance
Contribute to the development of business development strategies
Introduce business to Barclays from new and existing clients
Understand client strategic ambitions and lending needs
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaboration with product managers, credit analysts, operations, and other internal stakeholders; Collaboration with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas; Lead collaborative, multi-year assignments; Guide team members through structured assignments; Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management
