Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, previous experience within Drilling & Completions Fluids and the North America Land region, oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to analyze and resolve problems, ability to lead programs and projects, ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs, established project management capability
