Must Have

Undergraduate degree required, Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and in Greek both verbally and in writing, Excellent client management & engagement management skills, Ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, Ability to travel on a regular basis

Nice to Have

Masters, MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended, Extensive experience in strategy focus on Financial Services desired, experience in payments is a plus, proven experience in senior sales or business development roles within Financial Services, Technology or SaaS, Track record of building trusted relationships at C-suite level, exhibit relationship management skills using consultative skills to create and convert pipeline opportunities in the market, Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth fostering lasting partnerships by developing and communicating clear value propositions, Have a consultative sales approach focused on meeting the needs of customers by getting to know them and building a trusting relationship with them, growth mindset and genuine curiosity to learn and contribute actively in an innovative environment, Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, self-starter and commercial sense
