Travel to regional offices, Certified under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authority’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR), Regulatory background checks, Annual fitness and propriety checks
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, IMC, In‑depth understanding of the UK IFA landscape, Established and demonstrable network of contacts, Proven commercial sales acumen, Ability to analyse and distil data into clear, compelling insights, Confident and motivated self‑starter, Ability to generate new leads, Ability to build prospective client relationships, In-person engagement, Phone-based engagement
Nice to Have
Knowledge of regulated asset management products and services, Particular expertise in Multi‑Asset investments, Experience with Python and machine learning frameworks
What You'll Do.
Represent and sell Aviva Investors’ investment capabilities
Build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of sales activity
Maintain accurate records of client meetings
Strengthen and develop relationships with key IFAs
Develop relationships with Strategic Partners
Foster internal collaboration within Aviva Life Company
Deliver on sales targets
Achieve specific client activity targets

Work closely with Business Development Associates
Support new business development
Mentor Business Development Associates
