2+ years of fluid sealing experience, Experience working with industrial customers within Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation markets, Valid driver’s license required, Role requires 50% travel
Nice to Have
Prior experience in industrial sales is preferred, 3+ years of Business Development Management experience preferred, A sales industrial experience preferred, Candidates within commuting distance of one of our Fabrication Centers in the following locations: Hampton, VA. Minneapolis, MN. Cincinnati, OH. Houston, TX. Portland, OR., preference for Chemical and Refining end users
What You'll Do.
Research and analyze business opportunities with the organization’s strategic plans
Advise the planning and preparation of business proposals and make recommendations to senior management
Work closely with District Directors to map out opportunities and go-to-market strategies
Partner with local sales representatives
and district leadership to execute a coordinated fluid sealing sales strategy
Focus will be placed on large single-site industrial customers and national enterprise accounts
Lead all aspects of the development of key projects and be accountable for the successful closure of business deals
Responsible for the overall development
and progress of strategic business targets
Direct and coach lower-level professionals
Assist in developing processes to meet project needs and design projects that align with financial and operational criteria
Perform projects of complex scope
Prepare documents and materials (reports
information packages) for meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners
Forecast assigned brand shipments on a quarterly basis
Develop and implement product or sales initiatives
Maintain contact with key decision-makers both internally and externally
