Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Build and execute a strategic territory plan
Generate a net-new pipeline
Source pipeline through outbound sequences
Run a disciplined sales process
Advance deals through stage gates
Become an expert in the independent hotel market
Build trusted relationships with hotel owners and GMs
Drive results beyond net-new
Identify expansion and upgrade opportunities
Partner with Product to share market feedback
Represent Lighthouse at industry events
