Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Execute supplier and vendor-specific business strategies to drive revenue growth, gross profit, and customer satisfaction across assigned accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders within supplier organizations. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline development, deal structuring, order processing, and coordination of credit and collections activities. Support operational excellence through accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and inventory coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with channel partners to strengthen sales capabilities and actively support deal closure through hands-on involvement and coaching. Coordinate with suppliers to organize technical and sales training programs for partners on new products and solutions. Identify market opportunities by learning from senior team members and contributing to the expansion of the customer and partner base. Ensure compliance with organizational standards while maintaining effective communication across all business functions. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, channel management, or a related commercial role. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and product value propositions. Basic understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and order lifecycle execution. Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence outcomes and close deals effectively. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
