What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 to 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial, or Sales roles, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Food, Process or related fields required), Proven experience in industrial machinery for hygienic processing, food & beverage, or consumer packaged goods, regional exposure across Southeast Asia markets, Demonstrated ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders at multiple levels
Nice to Have
Master’s degree (MBA or technical Master’s) is an added advantage, Experience in capital equipment and/or after-sales business is highly acceptable
What You'll Do.
Lead and grow the HFH Service business across
Develop and execute HFH Service business strategy
Identify new service and aftersales business opportunities
Conduct market and competitor analysis
Collaborate with Channel teams to develop integrated after-sales
Strengthen relationships with strategic accounts
Build and implement customer segmentation and value proposition
Conduct customer visits
and technical discussions
Ensure high-quality service delivery
Develop service campaigns and plans for installed base
Monitor performance KPIs
and develop HFH service through channel
Drive collaboration across Business Units
