Achieve quarterly / annual targets for sales and profitability through the list of assigned Key projects
Initiate and coordinate search of project leads and prospects
Track upcoming projects and opportunities at the earliest and identify high potential projects
Provide specification & specification support on key projects
Survey & analyze competition strategy & moves & propose / implement actions where required
Provide a sales forecast based on sales review and project outlook to ensure in time deliveries to the customers
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
working closely with the Regional / Zonal Sales Managers; support Regional / Zonal team to consolidate, develop & grow overall Refurbishment business in North; Implement the corporate strategy in the Region / Zone through Sales and Specification team; Handle key and strategic mega projects DIRECTLY with support from respective Target Market resources within the organization; Support the sales team in the region on technical, sales and specification in projects in the specified Sub-Application Field of Structural Strengthening & Chemical Anchoring; Assist in Road Shows, Webinars, Seminars, Technical presentations along with Technical Services team; Provide support to sales team for submittals and winning projects

Overview As BDM–Engineered Refurbishment, the person shall have responsibility for business development and sales turnover with defined set of projects under TM-Engineered Refurbishment and will support Regional / Zonal team to consolidate, develop & grow overall Refurbishment business in North. The person shall have responsibility to drive Structural Strengthening & Chemical Anchoring Business through Key Account Management and supporting design calculation for it. He/she will be working closely with the Regional / Zonal Sales Managers to ensure sustainable business growth in line with the overall company strategy and goals. This is a Key position in Sika’s Target Market matrix organization structure where he/she will be the driving force in implementation of strategy and key project initiatives and plans in terms of technical sales and specification. Objectives * Implement the corporate strategy in the Region / Zone through Sales and Specification team. This role does not take direct reporting of the sales team, however, has a parallel role in implementing the Target Market – Refurbishment strategy within the region through sales and specification team. * Handle key and strategic mega projects DIRECTLY with support from respective Target Market resources within the organization and achieve major share for TM-Refurbishment. * Achieve a strong key project
