Full Job Description
## Description Access Softek is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to manage our established fintech partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for the day-to-day health of our partner relationships, internal team enablement, and the operational rhythm that keeps our new ecosystem running at full speed across 100+ credit union clients. This position reports directly to the Head of Product and will operate with strong leadership support, executive oversight on strategic decisions, and access to an established industry network to draw on. ## Responsibilities include Proactively identify and engage prospective financial institutions through multi-channel outreach, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, pain points, and digital banking priorities Communicate the value of our digital banking platform and align solutions with client business goals Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, industry events, and website inquiries Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and opportunities in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot) Consistently follow up with leads to advance them through the sales funnel Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to schedule demos and progress qualified opportunities Provide structured market feedback to Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to improve messaging and positioning Contribute to pipeline development and support revenue targets through high-quality opportunity generation Occasional travel for industry events, partner meetings, and client-facing activities ## What you bring 2+ years of experience in Business Development Manager or Account Executive roles preferred Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology strongly preferred Experience engaging with financial institutions is a strong plus Strong communication, discovery, and stakeholder engagement skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven envi
