Must Have
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed high-value B2B sales targets, network of international business contacts or experience dealing with global corporate clients, Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal); native or professional-level proficiency is mandatory, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a consultative approach, Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced consulting environment, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
Nice to Have
preferably within the Consulting, HR Services, or Fintech industries
What You'll Do.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities with international firms looking to enter or scale in the Indonesian market
Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives
and international business chambers
Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery calls to proposal presentation and contract closing
Understand the unique pain points of international clients and tailor IBMC’s service offerings (HR
etc. ) to meet their needs
Represent IBMC at industry events
and networking sessions to increase brand visibility
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports on sales targets

Work closely with our internal consultants and legal team to ensure that service proposals are accurate, compliant, and competitive
Communication Scope
Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal); native or professional-level proficiency is mandatory; presentation
