## **Job Description:** The **Business Development Manager** for our **CCA**(Caribbean Central America) Organization will drive profitable market share growth for TD SYNNEX by combining direct customer development with vendor program execution. Acting as a subject matter expert for assigned vendor portfolios, you will enable internal sales teams, cultivate key customer and vendor relationships, identify and onboard new vendors, and win strategic tenders and large deals. You will execute vendor initiatives, deliver compelling customer presentations, and analyze program impact to expand share of wallet and strengthen customer loyalty in markets where both BDM-Customer and BDM-Program coverage is combined. “Let’s Achieve Great Outcomes. TD SYNNEX is the partner that helps unlock business results for all.” ## **What You’ll Do:** **_Own growth for an assigned vendor portfolio:_** * Execute the Business Unit strategy to grow profitable market share in line with plan. * Identify and onboard new vendors where aligned to portfolio strategy. * Drive sales of specific vendor solutions and projects requiring deep subject matter expertise. **_Win the market:_** * Successfully negotiate and secure key tenders and large deals. * Increase share of wallet and customer loyalty through solution-led selling and value articulation. **_Be the subject matter expert:_** * Maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned vendor brands, technology solutions, programs, and adjacent technologies. * Clearly articulate TD SYNNEX/Datech value propositions to customers and partners. **_Enable internal teams:_** * Coach and enable sales teams to uncover, develop, and close opportunities. * Coordinate training, seminars, and resource awareness to drive demand and skills. **_Engage stakeholders:_** * Build positive, trusted relationships with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams. * Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers and accelerate execution. **_Deliver insights and results:_** * C
