Must Have

2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry, network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients, Solid understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services, Native Spanish and fluent in English, Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment, Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements

Nice to Have

Experience expanding into emerging markets (e. g. , LATAM), Familiarity with affiliate platforms or CRM tools (e. g. , Salesforce, Cellxpert, Zendesk), Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

**FP Markets Group of Companies **is a well-established multi-regulated broker, found in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time **Business Development Manager** in Brazil. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company in the region of Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients or partners (such as IBs and affiliates), and a deep understanding of the retail and/or institutional trading landscape. ### Responsibilities: * Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Brazil * Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships * Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates * Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry * Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant * Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director * Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars ### Candidate Profile: * 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry is a must * Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients * Solid understanding of MT4/MT5,cTrader and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services * Native Spanish and fluent in English * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment * Understan
