Must Have

3 + years of experience in sales or business development, ability to build and manage relationships with customers and partners, Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales processes, Analytical mindset with good understanding of numbers, margins, and forecasting, Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach, Fluency in Italian and good level English

Nice to Have

Experience with Audio-Visual (AV) / collaboration vendors or technologies, Knowledge of quotation and order management systems
