What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years in B2B software sales (WealthTech / FinTech preferred), Proven ability to manage complex and long sales cycles, commercial mindset and negotiation skills, Ability to structure opportunities and drive deals, relationship-building with C-level stakeholders, Structured, disciplined, and results-driven, Entrepreneurial and proactive, ownership and accountability, Comfortable working in a collaborative and international environment

Nice to Have

Experience in partner development is a plus

What You'll Do.

Building and managing a qualified sales pipeline (private banks

asset managers and family offices)

Leading the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature

Developing strategic partnerships to accelerate market access and deal flow through networking

Coordinating RFI/RFP responses and proposals

Contributing to Finartis go-to-market strategy

Identifying new markets and growth opportunities
