Wil jij zelf je pipeline bouwen én je eigen deals closen? Bij TOPdesk zoeken we een Business Development Manager die energie krijgt van new business, targets en ownership. In deze rol ben je full-cycle verantwoordelijk: van eerste outbound tot closing. Geen upsell. Geen bestaande klanten. Jij opent nieuwe deuren en sluit nieuwe klanten. 💰 OTE: € 75.000 – € 85.000 (60/40 split) 🚗 Leaseauto 🎯 100% new business (NL-markt) Wat ga je doen als BDM? * Je bouwt je eigen pipeline via outbound (cold calling, mail, social) * Je runt het volledige salesproces: van eerste contact tot closing * Je focust uitsluitend op new logo’s (geen upsell) * Je verkoopt aan organisaties met hoofdkantoor in Nederland * Je stuurt actief op je pipeline, conversie en forecast * Je werkt met duidelijke targets en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je resultaat Belangrijk: Deze rol is niet voor iedereen. Je moet energie halen uit new business, druk en het continu verbeteren van je eigen performance.
