Must Have
Requires experience in a business development or commercial partnerships role with a proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts. Must be a confident, proactive salesperson with strong pipeline management skills and experience in running end-to-end tender and pitch processes. A networker with existing relationships in the live events world and commercial sharpness regarding pricing models and P&Ls is essential.
Nice to Have
A background in ticketing, epos, or event services is a plus.

The role also involves driving account growth, contributing to go-to-market planning, and representing Togather at industry events.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
The role requires working closely with operations and production teams during onboarding to ensure seamless handover and delivery. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with the Head of Partnerships on major national promoter accounts and contribute to go-to-market planning.
