Drive growth via the Employee Value Banking (EVB)

Identify financial/transactional needs

Recommend suitable solutions

Ensure consistent understanding of EVB

Represent EVB at forums

Act as single point of contact for EVB

Manage stakeholder engagements

Ensure EVB processes support client experience

Drive positive client experience

Implement client feedback

Create models to measure EVB clients

Drive continuous improvement

Develop take to market strategies

Develop client-based campaigns

Drive adoption of key projects
