Must Have
5–10 years of experience in business development or sales within a B2B environment, Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing key accounts, Commercial acumen, including pricing and P&L understanding, Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, Experience working with distributor networks and channel partners, Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively, Willingness to travel across regions
