Strategic Planning and Communication - Develop and implement business growth plans, in collaboration with senior leadership, to achieve specific revenue targets and market expansion goals. - Deliver compelling presentations and business proposals to partners, designers and consultants to promote urban greenery products and solutions. Project Pipeline and Data Management - Utilize CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to track leads, monitor sales pipeline, and provide regular progress reports to management - Actively identify new business leads related to green building through market research and networking Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align messaging, share market feedback, and ensure products me
