Full Job Description
**Role Overview:** As a Business Developer eCommerce, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the DACH region, occasionally in broader Europe. Your primary focus will be on generating new leads, building strategic partnerships, acquiring new logos, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive and ambitious individual with exceptional hunting skills and preferably a good understanding of the eCommerce landscape. You will report directly to the Director of eCommerce for the DACH region. The role is hybrid with a preference for candidates based in Madrid region to enable occasional in-person meetings and collaboration. **What you 'll do:** **Lead Generation & Prospecting:** * Identify and pursue new eCommerce business opportunities within the DACH region and occasionally across broader Europe. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends. * Develop and implement own strategies to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth. **Sales & Negotiation:** * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. * Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. * Provide exceptional service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond. * Effectively track sales activities and manage pipelines using Salesforce **Collaboration:** * Work closely with internal teams, including product, operations, and customer support, to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet merchant needs. * Coordinate with these teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new merchants. **Who you are:** * Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); additional languages such as German or Italian is a plus. * Experience: Proven track record in business development, with a strong focus on new business growth.
