What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales or business development within fire protection systems, Proven ability to secure product specifications with consultants and installers, experience in strategic planning, market development, and market research, Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and influence key decision-makers, Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive mindset, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Flexibility to travel extensively across the ANZ region

What You'll Do.
driving growth across the Fire Suppression product portfolio in the ANZ region
Identifying and evaluating new growth opportunities to drive revenue and improve profitability across ANZ
consultative relationships with consultants
and other specifiers to ensure product specification
Delivering high-quality technical presentations and live product demonstrations
while recommending tailored solutions for customer projects
Develop and maintain client relationships
with a focus on long-term retention and growth
and innovative routes to market
Think strategically to set clear objectives and contribute to business growth initiatives
Drive synergies across business units
including cross-selling and operational efficiencies
Deliver technical training and seminars to consultants
Align closely with Sales teams to maximise conversion of pipeline opportunities
Participate in strategic planning with regional and global leadership teams
Represent the business at industry events
and trade shows to generate leads and strengthen market presence

Team & Collaboration
