This role requires a proactive and strategic individual with a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the corporate real estate landscape. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective clients, understanding their unique challenges, and positioning JLL's suite of corporate real estate technology solutions, software, and platforms as the ideal solution. Working closely with sales leaders and account executives, you'll play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. **This role can be based out of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth.** **Responsibilities** * Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting campaigns, networking, industry events, and leveraging internal JLL business lines * Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform targeted business development strategies * Secure and lead introductory meetings with key decision-makers, including Heads of Corporate Real Estate, C-suite executives, and IT leaders * Facilitate discovery calls to understand client pain points and identify opportuni
