What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years in a B2B sales or business development role, Demonstrated track record in new business, Experience with consultative selling and complex sales cycles (1–6 months), Experience negotiating at C-level and closing multi-year contracts, Understanding of e-commerce logistics: checkout, OMS/WMS, last-mile and returns, Strong in building and qualifying own pipeline via outbound, Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and pipeline management, Fluent Dutch and English
Nice to Have
Preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS, Actively uses AI tools to work smarter and faster
