and commercial strategy to strengthen Covered's market position.
Partners with management to oversee and execute new business development strategy

Develops and drives the value proposition of Covered via sales and service initiatives
Develops reporting that measures opportunities
Identifies potential new opportunities that promote long-term growth and business health
Engages new customers at industry events or through targeted campaigns

Prepares and conducts presentations and education for internal stakeholders and external clients
Serves as conduit for all large business development queries

The Business Development Manager drives growth for Covered, Ingram's forthcoming platform connecting publishers with booksellers, libraries, and influencers through digital catalogs and DRCs. This role builds and nurtures client relationships, cultivates long-term partnerships, and shapes go-to-market strategy. Leading client advisory groups and education initiatives, the Business Development Manager translates market feedback into meaningful improvements to the service, positioning, and messaging. The role also informs pricing, business models, and commercial strategy to strengthen Covered's market position. Ingram Content Group (“Ingram”) connects people with content in all forms.
