Must Have

Bachelor's degree required, 5 years+ of business development experience within the professional services, legal, startup, or venture capital environment, Proven track record of developing and executing client-facing programs that drive business growth, Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills, Demonstrated project management skills, understanding of the startup and venture capital landscape, Creative thinker, Self-motivated, results-driven, Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and autonomously, relationship-building and stakeholder management, Detail oriented, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), client relationship management systems

A Senior Business Development Manager title may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates

What You'll Do.

Cultivate and grow network

Manage and expand sponsorships

Identify and pursue partnership opportunities

Lead initiatives to grow engagement

Serve as trusted advisor to attorneys

Participate in annual content review

Partner with communications team

Design and execute events

Experiment with new event formats

Supervise and mentor direct reports
