What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field, Proven track record of developing new sales and accounts, Experience in the telematics industry or an aptitude for understanding technical products and business requirements, Post-secondary diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Comfort with delivering presentations and training to diverse audiences, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to make well-judged decisions, Ability to manage projects through to completion, Technical proficiency with software tools including Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Technical proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Entrepreneurial mindset, Time management skills, Ability to multi-task effectively, Flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and market demands

What You'll Do.

and develop new business opportunities

Evaluate and implement strategic business plans

Manage end-to-end process of building cooperative contracts

Collaborate with Business Segment teams

Target and ensure closure of top client pursuits

Conduct outbound market research and analysis

Attend trade shows and speak at conferences

Develop and maintain industry knowledge base

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with Geotab's Business Segment teams; Work closely with Partner Account Managers (PAMs); Work closely with Resellers; Work closely with internal departments; Support Partner Account Managers and Resellers as SME

Communication Scope

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Comfort with delivering presentations and training to diverse audiences; Communicate complex ideas clearly across all levels

Process & Methodology

Manage projects through to completion, Manage multiple priorities and timelines
