Previous experience in a law firm, Sound commercial awareness of legal market development, The ability to develop advisory relationships with partners, project management and organisational skills
What You'll Do.
Support Partners in implementing business development plan
Manage pipeline and delivery of pitches
Update and maintain capability statements
Track market trends and opportunities
Position and raise profile of Warsaw Law Office
Organise and manage BD client events
Assist with marketing communications projects
Support local implementation of firmwide initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate strategically with partners, lawyers and other business professional functions; Work directly with key stakeholders in Warsaw; Coordinate day-to-day operational BD activities; Collaborate closely with the fee-earning population globally; Work alongside counterparts in other regions; Be a key member of the BD community globally; Work with lawyers of all seniority levels
