What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in an operations role within a marketing department, 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting and trend analysis, analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, Experience working in a SaaS B2B, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, proficiency in Salesforce (reports, dashboards, campaign tracking), experience working with other data sources like Apollo, Hubspot, or event attendance tracking

Nice to Have

Advanced hands-on experience with Apollo or other outbound outreach tool a plus, Healthcare experience is a plus

We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) Team Manager to lead our outbound pipeline generation. The BDR Manager role requires effectively holding three jobs simultaneously: a people coach inspiring a high-volume outreach team, a campaign architect designing multi-channel outbound strategies, and a tech operator owning our BD / lead automation stack. You will sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategy, contributing directly to how we scale and serving as a key contributor to overall business growth. ## Representative Duties and Responsibilities Manage a team of 7 BDRs, providing leadership, campaign feedback, and coaching Build, test, measure, and iterate on multi-touch outbound sequences, including: cold outreach campaign creation/review (email, phone, LinkedIn, other), warm lead follow-up, relationship-based/cross-sell campaigns, marketing-aligned campaigns, and more.
