Connectnow is looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow and nurture our Real Estate partner network across the Melbourne Bayside, Werribee & Geelong region. This is your chance to join a trusted national brand, help real estate partners maximise revenue opportunities, and play a key role in supporting thousands of customers moving home every year. As our BDM, you’ll be at the heart of Connectnow’s growth story — building relationships, expanding our partner base, and ensuring our existing network is thriving. In this fast‑paced, competitive market, you’ll have the freedom to own your territory, deliver results your way, and bring fresh ideas to life. You’ll also work closely with a supportive network of peers, partner support teams, and our State Sales Manager — all dedicated to helping you succeed. This role is on the road, meeting partners face‑to‑face and building genuine long‑term relationships. You’ll enjoy independence, flexibility, and the excitement of a role where every day is different. You’ll also have support from our Melbourne‑based Partner Support and Call Centre teams to help you deliver a seamless partner experience
