* Established in 1989, ABEC was restructured in 2020 to deliver innovative buildings efficiently and provide full integrated construction service. The company had a wide history of construction projects in various industries in the past, which now decided to take a different route focusing on specific types of buildings. Job Summary As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the company’s growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and positioning the company competitively within the construction industry. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and strong commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities 1. Market Research & Strategic Analysis * Lead market research initiatives to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning. * Analyze market data, client insights, and industry reports to support strategic decision-making. * Monitor regulatory changes, economic conditions, and emerging technologies impacting the construction sector. * Provide regular market intelligence reports to senior management. 2. Business Development & Revenue Growth * Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company objectives. * Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities, including large-scale projects and key accounts. * Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation. * Lead the preparation and delivery of high-impact proposals, presentations, and commercial offers. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company profitability goals. 3.
