Through an in-depth understanding of the PeopleCert Group and go-to-market strategy, the successful candidate will establish relationships with key decision makers of training organizations, universities, and corporations in their assigned territory. **As a Business Development Manager- APAC, your tasks will include the following: ** * Oversee all commercial activities across the APAC region to expand market presence. * Connect with corporates, government entities, and professional organizations to grow awareness and market share of PeopleCert products. * Work closely with partner organizations across APAC to drive sales of PRINCE2 and other portfolio products. * Forge and nurture high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers. * Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and key accounts across multiple countries. * Drive B2B market penetration through a target-driven sales strategy. * Coordinate with global teams while adapting to regional market dynamics and cultural nuances. * Plan and organize personal and regional sales strategy to maximize ROI. * Monitor performance against targets and report to Headquarters. * Resolve customer issues in collaboration with support teams. * Represent PeopleCert in regional events, forums, and exhibitions. * Collaborate cross-functionally with global product and marketing teams. * Ensure alignment with company core values — Quality, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Clarity, and Velocity. **What we look for: ** * Post-graduate degree is a must in IT, preferably an MBA. * 5- 8 years of experience
