What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6–8 years of experience in business development or sales, Advanced written and spoken English (C2 level), Advanced computer literacy
Nice to Have
MBA, Experience working with Americas markets, Knowledge of PRINCE2, Understanding of channel sales and partnership models, CRM experience, Superb relationship, communication, and negotiation skills, Exposure in the Education market, Consulting or Examination / Certification sectors, Prior experience in international corporate environments, Candidates from IT Consulting and/or Technology backgrounds, C2 level certification desired, LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate, ECDL Advance level certification, Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software
What You'll Do.
Manage and grow existing accounts
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Develop and execute a pipeline generation strategy
Drive business growth through proactive outreach
Promote PRINCE2 and PeopleCert certifications
Identify market opportunities and industry trends
Achieve and exceed regional sales and revenue targets
Develop and implement territory and account plans
Collaborate with Marketing
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
Represent PeopleCert in international conferences
Act as a brand ambassador
Monitor competitor activity
