What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of business development, channel management, or alliance management experience in enterprise IT, Proven track record in building and managing partner ecosystems to drive revenue growth, Relevant background of enterprise product, Server solution, Knowledge of IT trends, including AI/ML, Agentic AI, HPC, and Cloud infrastructure, Proficiency in enterprise AI solutions and ability to deliver training on complex products, Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders, Excellent communication, relationship-building, and program management skills, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and lead highly complex initiatives independently, Fluency in English, Knowledge of the APAC market

Own regional pipeline and revenue goals
Collaborate with HPE sales teams
Coordinate with NVIDIA for deal acceleration
Provide technical guidance and business support
Act as a trusted advisor
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners
Plan and execute partner-focused events
Create enablement content and training materials
Engage and enable HPE sales teams and partners
Design and execute segment-specific sales plays
Lead joint marketing activities and campaigns
Support and participate in key customer meetings
Build and maintain strategic relationships
Provide feedback on competitive trends
Work closely with HPE sales
