Must Have
3+ years of experience in business development or sales within IT/software development, Proven track record of successfully completing complex AI proposals and formal tenders involving cross-functional teams, Advanced English and German (both verbal and written communication, including report writing), Knowledge of software development processes and AI solution lifecycles, Experience preparing proposals and presentation materials for AI-powered solutions, negotiation, business communication, and conflict resolution skills, Ability to work accurately, stay organized, and pay attention to details

This role is ideal for a professional with experience in innovative digital solutions and business development within the IT industry. Our team focuses on delivering advanced AI-powered platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and machine learning applications for global clients. At Sigma Software, you will become part of an innovative international team where your expertise will help shape the future of AI technologies. * Seeking and targeting new customers and sales opportunities, initiating action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company, with a focus on AI-driven solutions and services * Participating personally and actively in the sales process, delivering presentations to customers, developing new opportunities, and managing customers throughout the entire sales cycle * Identifying the expectations and constraints of potential clients and ensuring that the Company’s proposals align with their business needs in the best possible way * Driving the contract signing process and related negotiations * Preparing and developing relevant documentation, including case studies, contracts, work orders, presentations, and other sales materials * Ensuring a smooth transition of new accounts to the Delivery team * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRM, ensuring all relevant information is properly documented and proposals meet profitability KPIs * Building and continuously expanding a strong network of professional connections relevant to the Company’s services * Continuously increasing company revenue and expanding the customer base * Analyzing relevant conferences, AI-related events, and market opportunities * Maintaining a high level of expertise in focus domains through continuous learning * Developing, maintaining, and strengthening long-term business relationships with the Company’s customers ## Qualifications * Higher educa
