## Description CX2 is a next-generation defense technology company founded to deliver spectrum dominance for the United States and our allies. CX2’s AI-enabled hardware and software platforms detect, disrupt and defend the electromagnetic spectrum across land, air, sea and space domains. CX2’s Business Development (BD) team is responsible for identifying, shaping, capturing, and growing new opportunities and capabilities for the company. BD team members serve as the bridge between clients and the broader CX2 team; they convey partner perspectives to cross-functional teams across the organization. They partner extensively with the broader team, to include engineering and program management, to ensure that CX2 products exceed client expectations and mission demands, and to drive continuous product improvements in response to emerging needs and requirements. We are looking for a high initiative individual to build and expand growth initiatives across the United States Marine Corps (USMC) that serves all CX2 EW Platforms and Payloads. This individual will have ownership and responsibility for shaping and capturing business across the entire USMC enterprise. ## What You'll Do Generate and capture all USMC opportunities. This will involve significant travel, trade show coordination, sourcing local agent agreements, and possession of a deep understanding and responsibility for representing country specific budget cycles. The BD team is ultimately responsible for growing revenue. Your expertise will inform capture strategies, revenue forecasts, and aid in technology development plans. Tactically, you will manage continuous engagements with current and future clients, generate growth strategies, monitor buying cycles for opportunities, and lead specific proposal and capture efforts.
