What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields, Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex B2B sales, strategic account management, or business development in large or multinational companies, Proven track record of leading high-value negotiations and delivering consistent results

Nice to Have

postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management, Strategy, or related areas, experience in the O&G sector, For internal promotions and transfers, a minimum of 6 years of experience in proposal engineering, sales, or technical B2B sales, preferably in the O &G sector

What You'll Do.

Manage and expand key accounts

long-cycle commercial negotiations

Develop and implement strategic business plans

Act as the primary liaison between strategic clients and internal areas

Support the definition of commercial policies

Represent the company at events

Contribute to talent development

Monitor sales performance indicators

Lead special projects related to business development

Act as the primary liaison between strategic clients and internal areas, ensuring alignment and value delivery; Contribute to talent development by mentoring and serving as a technical/commercial reference for junior and mid-level professionals, as well as for Engineering, Logistics, and other support functions

Process & Methodology

Lead special projects related to business development, strategic partnerships, and portfolio expansion
