Business Development Executive Director - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SMX is seeking an Executive Director of Business Development with experience successfully leading and growing high-visibility, mission-focused, large-dollar value ERP transformation programs across federal agencies. This highly visible position will work across SMX to develop strategy and drive business growth focused on ERP modernization opportunities spanning the entire federal government landscape. The candidate will have overall responsibility for ERP business development strategy, planning, and execution across all federal agencies and departments. The successful candidate will demonstrate the experience to manage the full scope of business practices including market alignment, solution development, opportunity pipeline development and sustainment, client development and management, and proposal development support responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be able to leverage a deep understanding of federal enterprise systems modernization needs and ERP platform landscapes (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.) across all back-office functions including Financial Management, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Asset Management. We are looking for a builder with a deep track record of success creating and growing ERP-focused solutions that can leverage SMX's national position as a leader in enterprise transformation and digital modernization. This role is a unique opportunity to build, manage, and grow SMX's ERP practice across the federal government, providing world-class innovation in integrated enterprise systems modernization.
