We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic **Business Development Executive** – **Outdoor** to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business growth through your strong sales skills and proactive mindset. Enjoy a competitive salary, attractive commissions structure and great perks — including transport allowance, mobile phone, and laptop. _**In this role you will be responsible for:**_ * **Drive Revenue:** Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by proposing the company's products and services at optimised pricing levels. * **Market Intelligence:** Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, industry benchmarks and competitor movements to effectively position Rentokil Initial’s unique value propositions. * **Prospect Generation:** Actively prospect, develop a healthy sales pipeline and execute strategic market development initiatives. * **Consultative Selling:** Conduct on-site inspections and client visits to assess needs, deliver presentations and propose tailored make solutions. * **Customer Experience:** Act as the primary point of contact for new accounts; urgently resolve client complaints and handle customer’s’ queries in accordance with company policy. * **Sales Administration:** Manage day-to-day administrative sales workflows, including drafting proposals, executing service agreements and maintaining the system. * **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance departments to ensure seamless service execution and collection of payment. * **Agility:** Maintain flexibility to support the broader business on ad-hoc projects and urgent operational tasks as required. **Requirements** _**The ideal candidate will possess:**_ * **Experience:** Proven track record in B2C/& B2B sales, business development, or outdoor sales (experience in service industries, pest control, or hygiene is a strong advantage). * **Skills:** Strong negotiati
