What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or related fields), 1–3 years of working experience, coordination, communication, and organizational skills, Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks, Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting, Willing to travel within assigned region and work flexible hours when required, Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

What You'll Do.
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Regional Director
Assist in coordinating meetings
and regional activities
Track action items and ensure timely follow‑up on RD instructions
Support agency activities such as recruitment drives
and activation programs
Assist in preparation and consolidation of reports
and presentation materials
Maintain trackers for recruitment
and contest performance
Assist in data compilation and basic analysis for regional reporting
Follow up with agency leaders on submission of required documents or information
Support planning and execution of regional meetings
and engagement activities
Assist with logistics
and post‑event follow‑up
Coordinate communications and reminders to agency leaders and agents
Act as a coordination point for day‑to‑day agency queries
Support compliance and documentation follow‑ups where required
Ensure proper record‑keeping and process adherence
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Agency Sales, Training, Operations, Compliance, Marketing); Coordinate communications and reminders to agency leaders and agents
Communication Scope
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
Process & Methodology
planning and execution of regional meetings, training, and engagement activities
