If you are currently looking to go back to employment, looking for a new skillset to learn, or feel like it is your time to take on a new challenge hit apply, and we will reach out. **What you will do!** To raise the awareness, drive sales and heighten the profile Diageo's brands within a given territory, This will be achieved through gaining distribution and achieving secondary displays. **Requirements** * To increase distribution and availability within the store * Adhere to a defined retail call file and plan your journey accordingly * To meet and merchandise scheduled deliveries across Dunnes Stores, Supervalu and Lidl outlets * Deliver and execute the agreed objectives and targets as set out by your line manager * To understand and identify the needs of the customer; * POS placement in stores post sell in agreements for Client promotions * Communicate effectively with store management and line managers * Provide feedback at regular intervals through verbal communication with your manager/coach and through electronic and phone apps. * Constantly strive to reach highest standards of performance * Maintain CPM and Client standards at all times * Conference calls on regular basis to submit feedback/insights * To generate new ideas and ways of working * To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers * To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks * To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager **Benefits** * **Competitive Basic Salary - €26,000** * **Commission Bonus – 10% per quarter** * **Company Vehicle** * **Fuel Card/Mileage** * **Lunch Allowance daily** * Companywide recognition awards + regular Company events and activities * Discounted Health Insurance * Access to company pension provider * IVF Support Policy * Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Pay * Reward & Recognition through our People
