What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–3 years of experience in industrial activities (such as operations or maintenance), project management, procurement, or construction management, Proven background in proposal engineering, or technical project management, Great financial acumen with the ability to build detailed cost estimates, manage tendering budgets, and interpret complex contract terms, Excellent negotiation and communication skills, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, Ability to build rapport with decision-makers, Ability to travel across Singapore as required
Nice to Have
Process, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Chemistry preferred

Lead prospecting initiatives to identify new opportunities
Expand business with existing customers
Define account-specific strategies and market plans
Serve as the primary professional and technical point of contact
Provide technical advice
Coordinate internally to develop proposals
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders
Design technical and commercial offers
Support risk assessments
Clarify project scopes
Provide critical technical inputs
Lead commercial negotiations
Oversee project budgets
Maintain profitability for secured contracts
Work closely with onsite operations
Anticipate customer expectations
Analyze competitor practices
