About Sarvam Sarvam is building the bedrock of Sovereign AI for India. The company is developing India's full-stack sovereign AI platform, building across research, models, infrastructure and applications with a singular focus on making AI genuinely work for India. Sarvam works with leading enterprises and public institutions and is backed by Lightspeed, Peak XV, and Khosla Ventures. Sarvam partners with India's leading brands, including Tata Capital, SBI Life, CRED, IDFC, and LIC. About the Role We are looking for a Business Development lead with 3-5 years of experience to grow Sarvam's presence across the education and healthcare sectors. You will own relationships across universities, government departments, hospitals, and B2B companies in both verticals, with a focus on identifying where Sarvam's AI platform can drive real institutional impact. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of AI and two of India's most important sectors. What You'll Do - Build and manage relationships with private and government universities, state and central education departments, hospital chains, and public health bodies - Identify and develop opportunities with B2B education and healthcare companies, startups, and government institutions - Own the full business development cycle: outreach, discovery, solution shaping, proposal development, and partnership closure - Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to tailor Sarvam's AI solutions to institutional needs across both verticals - Navigate the procurement processes, RFPs, empanelment cycles, and multi-stakeholder approval workflows - Track and report on pipeline development, partnership progress, and sector traction - Represent Sarvam at education and healthcare conferences, government forums, and industry events What We're Looking For - 3-5 years of B2B business development or partnerships experience, preferably in education, healthcare, or a deep-tech company - Proven track record of building relati
