Must Have
Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within financial services, private wealth, family office services, or professional services., Communication skills in English and Mandarin., Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders including UHNWIs, family offices, and institutional clients., A proactive, research-driven approach with attention to detail and follow-through., Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Nice to Have
A understanding of the Greater China private wealth landscape is an advantage., Bachelor’s postgraduate qualifications are an advantage., Experience with Private Trust planning and setup is highly desirable., Preferably knowledgeable in closed‑ended and open‑ended fund structures, including private equity and hedge funds., Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage.
What You'll Do.
Lead strategic growth initiatives within the Private Wealth sector.
Direct selling and cross-selling services to Family Offices
and high‑net‑worth individuals.
Identify new business prospects through targeted research and innovative sourcing methods.
Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline across Mainland China
and other key markets.

Engage prospective clients through calls

Develop a understanding of client business models and requirements to prepare accurate and tailored fee proposals.
Maintain ongoing communication and relationship management with prospects.
