The Business Development Director leads a regional team focused on driving demand generation, expanding project opportunities, and strengthening strategic relationships within targeted markets. Working closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Sales District Managers (SDMs), this role engages end users, consultants, and A&E firms early in the sales cycle to influence specifications and increase adoption of Electro-Voice Dynacord solutions. The position also plays a key role in elevating product awareness and technical expertise across the sales organization. Team Leadership & Structure: * Lead and manage two distinct business development teams, each with a complementary focus and operating model. * Oversee a team of experienced industry professionals with established relationships across consultants, end users, the construction ecosystem, and strategic partners. * Build, hire, and develop a high-energy, growth-focused team tasked with identifying and pursuing whitespace opportunities and generating net-new business directly with end customers.
