We are continuing our mission by building new, superior applications in emerging use cases as applications become increasingly integrated with AI. All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission. ROLE OVERVIEW As Business Development Director – Taiwan, you will act as BJAK’s on-the-ground representative, responsible for building strategic insurer partnerships, navigating local market and regulatory dynamics, and executing commercial strategies that drive measurable revenue impact. You will work closely with the Country Manager and senior leadership, shaping BJAK’s Taiwan growth strategy while owning end-to-end execution across partnerships, revenue, and performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partnership Acquisition & Activation • Identify, prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close strategic insurer and ecosystem partnerships within aggressive timelines. • Own the full partnership lifecycle — from initial outreach and relationship building through negotiation, onboarding, integration, and go-live. • Drive fast-market-entry partnerships and minimize activation timelines through proactive stakeholder alignment. Pipeline Ownership & Execution • Build, own, and manage a robust and visible pipeline of insurer and strategic partners in the Taiwan market. • Maintain disciplined follow-ups, accurate CRM hygiene, and clear reporting to ensure consistent deal progression and closures. • Operate with urgency — no stalled deals, no loose ends.
