Must Have
Experience in a sales support, customer service, coordination, or business development role, Commitment to providing a high level of service across written, phone, and face-to-face channels, High level of accuracy in CRM data, reporting, and written communication, Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
Exposure to B2B environments and CRM systems preferred, Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms advantageous

Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings
Conduct initial qualification of leads
Support opportunity progression
Assist Business Development Managers
Maintain accurate CRM records
Update opportunities in CRM
Monitor pipeline hygiene
Support sales report preparation
Respond to client enquiries
Conduct client check-ins
Coordinate internal handovers
Provide administrative support
Maintain professional documentation
Contribute to sales process improvement

Work with product team; Coordinate internal handovers between sales, projects, and operations teams
