Must Have

Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant experience in professional services, oral and written communication skills are critical, Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, handle a wide range of executive level support duties, Demonstrates enthusiasm and a drive in developing new marketing initiatives, Advanced capability in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is necessary, or Microsoft 365, Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, ability to multi-task and prioritize

Nice to Have

Law firm experience preferred, Experience with Foundation and Qorus Docs is a plus, Experience using AI tools to assist with job-related tasks, willingness to learn and use AI tools in accordance with firm policies is important

What You'll Do.

Coordinate marketing and business development projects

Assist with marketing and business development strategies

Assist with directory

award and ranking submissions

Collaborate with attorneys to develop customized materials

Respond to requests and initiate projects

Conduct basic industry

and competitor research

Assist with updating practice development information

and management of practice-specific events

Develop relationships with lead partners

Perform other marketing and business development related responsibilities
