**Getting to Know Ajaib** We've been experiencing hyper-growth the past year, becoming Indonesia's 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2.5 years after Ajaib first launched. With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach. In 2022, we opened our new head office in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, and we're just getting started! You will be responsible for exploring new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and creating market strategies that strengthen Ajaib’s presence in the alternative investment and digital financial ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and pursue business opportunities within digital assets and financial markets to drive growth. * Acquire, develop, and manage trusted relationships with key clients to support strategic activities. * Conduct market research and analyze trends to support business strategies. * Build and maintain strong relationships with exchanges, regulators, and technology partners. * Monitor the competitive landscape and provide insights for continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, particularly in fintech sectors. * Strong understanding of finance markets, trends, and regulations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven track record of successfully closing deals and managing stakeholder relationships. * Self-motivated with a passion for new technologies and innovation. **Benefits**
