Maintain PSG documentation
Manage dealer appeals process
Process quarterly dealer margin payments
Coordinate retail facility standards audit programme
Support development of new retail concepts
Support rollout of new retail formats
Manage shared access to retail network information
Create dealer summary packs
Create investor summary packs
Maintain dealer network master data
